[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Euroclean product company is not issuing slaes documents | |||||
I placed order bearing No.[protected] by paying Rs.13990 though citibank online payment on 10.2.2016. After one week salesmen delivered the equipment to my house with sales invoice, payment receipt, operating manual and warantee card. After compalying my self to consumer compliant, Bangalore sales office sent my tax invoice dated.01.02.2016 without the name of company by email andback dated invoice for Rs.13490. When I asked the company to sent correct sales invoice and refund excess amount of Rs.500 the are keeping quite and not replaying my emails. On the other hand over phone they are asking me what is sales invoice why did i pay rs.500 extra. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is to inform you that we(customer) are very much unsatisfied by your service towards us. Despite the number of complaints, we didn't get any calls from your technician for our services. It's your moral duty to serve the customers but you're failing in it. I hope any higher authority would see this complaint.

My aqua guard servicing is over due please do it as soon as possible, some foul smell is there in the water. Thanks

Recently transferred from Ahmedabad to Bangalore. Repeated request for reinstallation does not yield any result. Every time the answer is " we are extreemly sorry, our service people will attend within 48 working hours. etc etc, , , "
