Eureka Forbes — False assurance by the sales executive and unsatisfactory service | |||
I have ordered an Aquaguard Magna order no. [protected] on[protected]. The sales executive Shivaji Charhate (contact no. [protected]) of Pune branch came to our place to take the order. During the time of taking the order his senior Mr. Rajesh( Contact No. [protected]) and the sales Executive have assured to give the Aquagaurd bottle along with it as offered through online purchase. Once they took the order there was no product delivery till a week, and when I tried to contact they did not response my call. After many follow up the product was delivered without the bottle. Again for the installation I had to follow up a lot to get it installed, which was done finally 5 days after it was delivered. When I enquired about the bottle the sales executive said that it will be delivered after a week of installation. Till date the bottle has not been delivered, even after many follow up in which they assured that it will be delivered soon.Today when I called the area manager and complained, the sales executive called and told that it was included under that order since it was not ordered through online. Now my question is if it was not included why were they giving me false assurance even after installation that it will be delivered soon and also at the time of taking the order.It is not only the question of the bottle but my whole trust with the renowned company has lost and in the future I will not be purchasing any product from the company if this kind of service they provide and relationship they maintain.
