[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — False commitments of AMC

I purchased AMC for my RO (Model-Reviva) for a period of 2 years (30.06.13 to 29.96.15) and paid an amount of Rs.7299 as AMC amount. More than 6 months have passed but no representative from company has visited for quarterly checkup/service. I have complained lot of times on the phone numbers of the local service centres given on the contract receipt . Also lodged a complaint on the toll free helpline number vide complaint no. 72362889 but heeded no result. Thus, it is a clear case of false promises by your representative. This is to inform you that if no representative visits me in next few days, I will be forced to take the matter to consumer court/relevant authority for refund of contract charges plus penalty fo false comittments and mental harassement.
