Eureka Forbes — Faulty Product delivered, no replacement, no refund | |||
I had purchased Aquaguard Reviva RO+UV+TDS Controller from your website on 8th June 2015, customer id [protected] with full payment have been made online through credit card. Firstly the product was delivered after 10 days with no updates being provided for tracking numbers and delivery status. Secondly, there was no automatic installation services provided. I had to go and request for installation service. This was not all, the installation team said we cannot install the product as it is as there is no hanging stand provided, hence I had to purchase the same from the installation agent for Rs. 500. The music does not stop here, post this the installation guy told, product is faulty as the motor is leaking and hence installation cannot be done. Post this I had called, the service head o[censored]P – Vijay Patel, who told me that he is putting an internal email that product is faulty. Even then there was no call from Eureka Forbes. I would have called at least 10 times to talk to some senior person, but all the time they had told, someone from technical team would in an hour / 5 mins but no calls were made. Firstly, you customer care helpline is horrible as it puts you on hold for 10 mins and thereafter no one has a solution. Reply posted by Eureka Forbes on July 1 but no action till date. Bloody chor company. In case you guys receive the notice of consumer court, please dont call me to take it back, because no am gonna take my money as well has compensation to trouble us from you guys.
