Eureka Forbes — Faulty service rendering damage to Aqagard water filter - Classic model | |
This is with reference to service rendered to CLASSIC MODEL AQUAGUARD WATER FILTER UNIT-ID NO. [protected] on[protected], against complaint given on[protected]. This unit is under AMC.
Mr. G. Naveen Kumar was the assistant who attended to the fault. The technician was also present. After cleaning the components the filter unit was put to service. They advised us to drain out at least 2 buckets water before use. But by the time 1/2 bucket was full there was a small bursting sound and rubber/plastic burning smell and filtering process stopped.
I called 398 33 33 -Customer Care at about 18. 30 hrs., informed the happening and also requested for immediate repairs. Remainders followed on 23rd, 24th, 25th and today the 26th. No Response. REQUEST FOR IMMEDIATE ACTION PLEASE. Was this information helpful? | |
