Eureka Forbes — Filter has not changed since six months. | |||
I had purchased aquaguard enhance UV+ model with AMC of two years in Aug 2015. During first service all filters are to be changed which are not changed since aug 2015 despite several followup calls and service engineer visits. I am really fed up with the service. I want this product to be taken back by company and reimburse my money back. Poor service. Wont recommend. Was this information helpful? | |||

Till now I have not got any reply from Customer Care or for the complaint which I register.
The shameless dealer (or whatever) whenever I call (on [protected]) says today Engineer will come and replace the filter, this I am hearing from last six months but he never turned up.
