I lodged a request to FREE service my Aquasure water filter with "AQUA SHARP SERVICE, BP. CODE: 14812, SEC-3, ROHINI BRANCH" The technician Pramod while servicing the filter offered to install "Aquaguard Water Filter Cartride" for Rs. 375/- After installing and servicing when asked for the proper bill he misguided by putting the amount on "SERVICE ACTIVITY REPORT" which clearly says "This is not a bill. Don't pay against this report". When called at Aqua Sharp Service office phone number [protected] one Ms. Kumud told she would mail a copy of the bill. So I asked I would wait for 5 mins for the E-mail and after receiving the bill would make the payment. So she then said it is not possible to mail today and she would then send a physical copy tomorrow at my residence. So I told her when I would receive the copy of bill the payment would be cleared. Then she told me to not get the candle installed and asked me to return the candle which was already installed. How can she tell me if I should buy or not buy something? Why is she not providing the Bill? She and her colleague Ms. Sonia has further told me that they do not provide any bills when they sell to customers (Recorded call conversation) and only when asked they mail the bill in 1-2 days. When I contacted at Customer care and lodged my complaint they again provided the contact number of AQUA SHARP SERVICE and disconnected the call.
