Eureka Forbes — Full payment made but product not yet delivered its morethan 10 now | |||||
I have made a full payment on 27/09/2015 to purchase a water purifier till today the product not delivered and not getting a proper response from customer care also, I feel that I have been cheated by Eureka Forbes company . I also sent a below mail from my gmail id [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com on 06/10/2015 but till today they have not reverted, find the below mail which I was sent to them to cancel the order. Full Payment made _ Non delivery of product for more than 10 days - CSS NAME V VIJAYAKUMAR[protected] RECEIPT NO 404 - BOOKNG & PAYMENT DATE - 27/09/2015 Dear Compliance Team I would like to register my grievance for non delivery of water purifier(Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO) for payment made on 27/09/2015, I have been informed by your sales representative that the product will be delivered very next date of booking but till today it has not reached to me inspite of several calls made by me to those contact number provided on the receipt. Now I made my mind to cancel the order and request you to refund the entire amount paid by me though demand draft or NEFT credit to my saving account details provided below. Expecting your immediate action for my complaint and don't force me to take this issue to next level by delaying further. I once again confirmed that I may not be interested to have your product any more hence consider this mail as my final decision to cancel the order. Pls do the needful on high priority.
