There is fungus formation in my aquagaurd water purifier system. This is the top of line model and has additional uv protection

Technicians come, clean and go and it repeats. We have been drinking impure water and because of this reason having all sorts of health problems. Technicians are not qualified and they give all kinds of reasons. They try to force sell another candle. When we try to reach the manager, the number is always switched off. Overall the service levels are quite pathetic

The problem started coming after the last candle replacement about 6 weeks back. How can a company of your reputation be so casual about such problems. I have taken pictures on my mobile if requested.

We need a proper resolution or replacement asap.
