Eureka Forbes — Harassing by calling again and again without giving the refund | |||
I have complained in this forum before about a week ago i think regarding no giving the refund of eureka forbes water purifier. Added on that they have been calling again and again asking whether I received the product. I have told them a million times that I have cancelled the product because of extremely late delivery. i didnot get the product and cancelled it without receiving it. But they keep calling again and again asking "did you get the product". This is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. They dont even check the database before calling the customer. They are not processing the refund, not giving my money and above that harassing me by calling regularly asking the same question again and again. They dont have a transparent forum or department where you can register your complaints and check on their status. So i am using this forum to request them to stop harassing me. I have spoken to an advocate and I am going to issue a legal notice to eureka forbes very soon for the payment of refund with fine. If you can please put the resources to proper use in solving the problems of customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
