We purchased a Water Purifier with Unit Serial No: 6002731 After Installation of new product they advised us to purchase Iron remover. So, We purchased. On next service, they advised us to purchase a Candle and a Tap, So, We purchased. On next event they advised us to make an AMC, So, we made an AMC. More than a year elapsed, since then no person from their Centre neither came / enquire nor gave any service to the Product. After a series of contacts with them a person came and advised us to change again this or that costing nearly Rs:5, 000/= May We humbly ask, what is AMC for ? If for every visit We have to pay then please change the name of product from PANI KA DOCTOR to MONEY SNATCHING DOCTOR. Was this information helpful? | |||
