[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Installation of my new Aquaguard | |||
I have purchased a new Aquaguard reviva 8L from Amazon...before purchasing the product the customer care told me that the installation will be free and you will be charged for stand only. I have than lodged a service request [protected] for installation than the guy told me that the installation will not be free. I have recorded both the calls and would like to know the way I can take this forward. Really dissatisfied with the way these company works. I am thinking of returning the product to amazon and rather purchase Kent. Was this information helpful? | |||

Any of the Eureka Forbes team didn't contacted me. You are making a total fool of your customers. I have to get the installation done through a local person. You people don't bother about your customer. I am in a media conpany and will take the issue to the highest level. I have already mailed to your MD India and will keep on bothering him.
You people just keep copy paste to the complaints on these forums. I beg my friends not to purchase the products from Eureka or else they will be cheated again. Moreover on giving the other chance to Eureka i will be calling myself a fool if I again purchase any product of Eureka. I have just cancelled mu order of vaccum cleaner.
