[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Installation of my new water purifier | |||
I have bought my product (Aqua guard Magna) via online and its delivered on 27th March. I tried accessing the online portal for requesting for installation but it displays me an error message as "Please enter valid customer id". My Customer id is [protected]. I have called the customer care and raised a request 28th March. They told with in 24 hours a person will come for installation but no one has come. Today(29th March) again called and informed them but I got a response as today is holiday for service. I have filed a complaint as well and the number is 91566947. Very worst service. I have never seen like this any of the companies. While buying alone Aqua guard executive calls me for 10 times a day until I buy the product but after buying no one has turned up. What the hell you are thinking about. If my product is not installed with in tomorrow(30th March) then please take back your product and return back my money. Apart from above I should be provided with the free product as mentioned in the website but I was not given that product as well. The product is "Aqua guard on the go with 2 catridge". I have dropped mail as well but no response. Don't make fake promise and don't cheat it. I need all my issues to be resolved with in 24 hrs if not take your product an give back my money.
