Eureka Forbes — Installation person is absconding after taking advance payment | |
Hello,
Incident Location:Sector-17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
This is to inform you that ur company is full of frauds. On 15th july ur installation guy(rather CHOR)SANTOSH KADAM ([protected])came to my house and took advance installation free, gave me Reciept and told product will be installed in 2 days.
After that he is not picking call, I called up higher management as well so after 10 days he told he will come tomorrow but since then he is absconding and not picking call.
Take some proper action against him and i want my advance payment refund as soon as possible.I[censored] din't take any action.I will go to police to lodge complain this week.
