Eureka Forbes — Irresponsive behaviour by Service Supervisor at Vadodara.

Respected Sir / Madam, I had purchased one EUROCLEAN STORM HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER [protected], ITEM CODE : GFCDEHPST00000 vide Inv. No. [protected] & Order No.[protected] on 06.02.2014. No paper was handed by the sales executive Mr. Parth Patel at the time of delivery. The Gun of the M/C started leaking badly hence I called Service Deptt. & a representative was sent by the deptt. to my residence. He collected the Gun on 09.11.2014 saying that he will have to get it examined by his seniors. The Gun malfunctioned just after 8 months of purchase, hence was handed over within the Warranty period (1 Year). On enquiring the Service Supervisor, Mr. Hemant Patel a No. of times, the replies given were that the case is being processed. As soon as 1 year from the date of purchase was over, the reply received was that the warranty has expired & you will have to purchase a new one. Kindly do the needful at your end & resolve this issue at the earliest & oblige. As a long time has elapsed after handing over the Gun, my cleaning work has got held up.
