Eureka Forbes — Machine breakdown | |||||
Dear Concern, I own Aquaguard Magna model. My tap has been broken since 2 weeks and I have tried for its service a number of times. But no help was extended from Eureka Forbes. Also every time they register my complaint but no service personnel ever visited. The first time the service guy visited and inspected our machine. He advised us that he'll return with the tap the very next day and replace it. But he not only hinderred to visit but also updated their system that the service was done and the problem is resolved. This is the worst experience ever had from any company. My registered mobile number is +91 [protected].
