As the cartridge of dr. Aquaguard magnum has to be cleaned purchased on may 2017. We called several times to sales executive / customer care / pune office. Till now no proper response is given since last 3 days. As we got a message from customer care of technician no and name, we called that guy, he says i cant come as i donot have any message from my office. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Kindly do the needful as early as possible. Its being nearly one week time we are not able to drink even glass of water. Hope you can understand the pain of thirsty person who has paid good amount to the company.
