[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Misleading information by the dealer | |||||
We purchased Aquaguard Enhance Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes dealer. When their technician came to install and give a demo, he informed us that the purifier cannot work as it doesn't have enough pressure for the purifier to work. When we called customer center of Eureka Forbes, they too said we cannot help. When we asked the dealer to take the product back or give us another technician he too denied it. Now we are stuck!
