Hello, I had bought a Water purifier from Eureka Forbes on 12/7/2014 Order No.[protected] which was delivered on 13/7/2014 Delivery Challan No. 23883696 my Cust ID is [protected] The representative came to install the product after 3 days on 16/7/2014. The product was defective and it did not work, he told us it shall be replaced the next day. But till date even after placing hundereds of calls to them nothing has happened. The person who sold us the product is Mr. Ravi [protected] has just stopped picking up my phone. When trying to lodge a complaint with the service centre, they just put me on hold. I think if Eureka Forbes spends more money on customer suport rather than wasteful TV ads. they would be more professionally managed. Please help me Sumeet Chawla Was this information helpful? | |||
