Eureka Forbes — Negligence in service | |||
I am an old customer no [protected]. On 19th feb.'14 i have booked a service request no [protected]. For some problem in my aquaguard classick. One service man has visited after 2 days & he pach-up the problem and said that he will come back with a parts which is required to be changed. My a.M.C. No 20415668 & valid upto 25/07/14.But unfortunetaly, he did not come back. On enquiry it reavels that as my amc was done at hind motor hooghly branch, so uttarpara service branch will not replace the part. They suggested me to contact with hindmotor branch, on contract hindmotor branch also not attended my call for a long day, i just want to know is this the sample of your service? If within 7 days my problem has not settled than i have no other alternative but to think other way including releasing the fact on social net work. Was this information helpful? | |||
