When I was enquiring about this product, I used to get calls everyday from Eureka Forbes. A guy named Aditya used to call me from Mumbai. Once I got the product, no body called. From last 3 days the product the product is not installed and all the helpline numbers are always busy. I logged a request but still no go. The escalations handled by Miss Anu Kotian ([protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in) does not even respond to the escalations raised. Very poor customer service and after sales service. We bought enhance UV from Eureka Forbes online. We received the product on 27th March 2015. Till day there is no one who has visited to have this installed. We have been calling the support number everyday, but there is nobody turning up. The representatives always gives us false promises and the number they provide to contact no body picks it up.
