Req no [protected] dated 13th oct Req no [protected] dated 22nd oct. No response to the complaint lodged inspite of a 3 year AMC taken which is not updated in your system. My aquaguard I nova was repaired in July this year. The person fitted a so called new PCB. The new parts are not packed just brought loose and replaced. How do we know that the part is new or an old one? When it is the time for renewal of AMC the person will come on time to collect the cheque and now when i am facing a problem there is no body to attend to it since last 15 days.
