Purchased product on 4/07/15. Product has been delivered on 11/07. Despite repeated calls no one came to install it. The agents did not connect the call to supervisor upon request as well. They say they do not have supervisors. Today is 23/07/15. If there is any technical issue, I think the service will be even worse. I can't even submit an online request to set up a return. If I would have purchased from a local store, at the most it would have taken 2 days to get it installed. I wasted 22k for this product.
