[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No Service for service request [protected] | |||
Hi Sir, Registered mobile number [protected] I have launched service request on Thursday 23rd Oct 2014. My water purifier have stopped working. I have called call center multiple times. All the times they say defiantly it will happen today and off course they say sorry, I am really not sure how to get the service done here. I am buying water 80 Rs/20 Liter from last four days and also it's tough being family man as bottle can be empty any time if overlooked. I have tried to scaled on your web but it say invalid ticket. Also feedback on Internet says escalation is useless as nobody from you company cares. If you guys can provide email address of any of following gentlemen so that I can escalated my service request and get it done. Ms. Anu Kotian Ms. Vinath Hegde Ombudsman I have sent mail to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com but no response. It take long to build and brand through good product and service but take lesser time to destroy the image by providing bad service. Eureka Forbes is on path for destroying brand. Can you provide dead line for service? I get the same response from your call center nothing new. You have already lost two of my friends as customer who asked for feedback on water purifires I advised not to buy Aquagaurd seeing your bad service. If my service not done by tomorrow I am going warn all my friends by mail and social media against buying your product. I do whatever I can.
