I had bought a product of this company i.e a vacuum cleaner and an aqua guard.At the time of purchasing it, i was offered Lifetime Free Servicing along with the purchase of aqua guard and vacuum cleaner.Now, when I asked for it, they say that its valid only if you take the product to the shop. My vacuum cleaners switch buttons were n"t working at all. A bit angry, still i took it to the shop. Now again a surprise.the company people replied me that there are some products required to repair it and the servicing, etc requires some features and parts which are now not available with them.So, they said me to come after a few days. Now, its over a year now.I inquired for it before many a times but they say that the products are arriving, come after a week and so on.
