[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — NO Water

I have register a complaint for my Aqua fresh water purifier on 8th Oct (Complaint No. [protected]) but it was closed 15th Oct without even being visited by engineer. When called again the call centre then they have not opened the old case but opened the new case(Complaint No. [protected]) but that was also closed on 20th October with even visited by engineer.
We are struggling with water for the last 15 days and the unethical behaviour of the company is causing us to struggle more for rectifying our problem

Updated by sacmon I have register a complaint for my Aqua fresh water purifier on 8th Oct (Complaint No. [protected]) but it was closed 15th Oct without even being visited by engineer. When called again the call centre then they have not opened the old case but opened the new case(Complaint No. [protected]) but that was also closed on 20th October without even visited by engineer again and both the times the call was assigned to engineer "Manish K Tiwary".. This is purely a cheating case with consumers which should be taken seriously and the respective company or person should be penalized for the same.
We are struggling with water for the last 15 days and the unethical behaviour of the company is causing us to struggle more for rectifying our problem
