[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No water supply at my place | |||
This is to inform you that I have got the servicing done for my aquaguard on the 24th of november (Under 3 years contract) by your technician post which i am not getting proper water flow through the outlet. Upon calling your technician again he told me that the fault is in the machine and I have to pay Rs 550 to replace the part so that I can get proper flow rather than coming and rectifying his fault. Now, I have been using the machine for years now and never had a problem even your technician last came in the month of March for servicing and since then i have been using it without any issues and suddenly after servicing there is a fault in my machine. I am not getting water supply at my place for last 2 days now and i have dropped in 2 mails and also called the customer care executive and still no one has bothered to resolve the issue.. I expected better service from a company like Eureka Forbes for whom customers are a priority as claimed by them. I am getting water from outside to drink but no one from Eureka forbes cares about it. Was this information helpful? | |||

Now i get a call from the customer service team one by Mr. Shailesh and rather than showing any concerns about my problem and without even visiting my place they tell me over the phone that the problem is in the tap and now i will have to spend Rs 1200 to Rs 1500(earlier i was told rs 550) to resolve the issue.
They firther safeguarded their interest by saying its not the technicians fault who came for servicing post which i stopped getting water from the outlet which i have been getting for so many years. Without even checking he over the phone tells me the problem id with the tap it happens and if i hve to get it rectified i will have to pay the money.
