[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Non attendance to complaint/AMC

Sebastian D'Cruz‎Eureka Forbes 16 hrs · I have lodged service request for AG GNOVA on 20-aug-2014 under no [protected]; customer id [protected] for amc contract no 22737476 valid from 29-oct-2013 upto 28-oct-2016. Since it was not attended, I lodged request once again on 25-aug-2014 and was registered under no D69C0937101. Since no body attended, I relodged my request for the third time on 04-sep-2014 and was alloted request no [protected]. Inspite of following up the matter on telephone to Eureka Forbes local centre at Tel No:[protected], nobody cares. Their service normally is good but very horrible when it is beyond normal service.
