Eureka Forbes — Non Attending complaints & Non replacement of Filters etc even after payment of AMC

Dear Sir / Madam, I had made payment for 2 year AMC contract for my acquaguard last year. As per contract all the filters etc to be changed each year & the 2nd year was due in April-May-2015. Non of your service men visited for changing the same as per AMC. I had raised a complaint with your customer care delhi for change of filters against complaint no. [protected] and follow up activity no. [protected]. I had also received phone call from your Mumbai office on 28th of June-2105. I had explained the same thing to u cc Mumbai they assured that the same will be attended. But till date even after 8 days no one attended for change of filter as per AMC. On follow up with u r Delhi customer care they have given no of your GM Noida. I am calling your GM Noida [protected] since past two days but sorry to he is not lifting the phone. The details of my calls with date and time are :- Sr No. Date call time remarks 1) 03/07/2015 10:59 Full bell rang but not lifted 2) 03/07/2015 11:09 Full bell rang but not lifted 3) 03/07/2015 12:45 Full bell rang but not lifted 3) 04/07/2015 13:19 Full bell rang but not lifted again called 4) 04/07/2015 13:19 Full bell rang but not lifted again called 5) 04/07/2015 13:19 Full bell rang but not lifted again called 6) 04/07/2015 13:20 Full bell rang but not lifted again called 7) 04/07/2015 13:21 Full bell rang but not lifted again called 8) 04/07/2015 13:22 Full bell rang but not lifted 9) 04/07/2015 14:35 Phone was busy 10) 04/07/2015 14:37 Full bell rang but not lifted again called 11) 04/07/2015 13:19 Full bell rang but not lifted after failing 11 attempts I had no other option but to raise this issue via mail. I am sorry to say if your esteemed companies GM's response is so poor of not lifting any calls what service should I expect from your other service personnel. May take up the matter with your GM Noida and my case and send your authorised trained person immediately today to change the filter and other parts as per AMC. Regards, Rajan K
