A complaint was registered in toll free number on 23/7/2015 for replacement of damaged water tap of Duo model water purifier through telephone to[protected], when the concerned official had promised to repair the same yesterday. The matter was reminded today also when it was assured to service the same by evening. In the mean time, we contacted the service centre, Bangalore at[protected] and they informed they do not have spares and complaint has to be registered. It is unfortunate that the response of your service centre is not satisfactory. It may be noted that the machine is covered under warranty for 4 years. The machine was purchased in 2012 and the parts are coming out one by one and hence we are doubtful of the quality of the product. In view of this, please exchange the product immediately so as to avoid frequent repairs.
