[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Non attending to our service request inspite of several reminders. | |||
I am a customer of Aquaguard water purifier ST 2000 for the last 15 years and have regularly renewed my service contract since the begining. But during the service contract last time for the period 30.04.13 to 29.04.15 servicing has been done only twice - first time on renewal of the service contract and second time in September, 2014. We have lodged service request in early April, 2015 for change of filter candle but nobody has attended so far during the service contract period ended on 29.04.15. Every time the Behala service centre has assured us to attend for servicing but all are proved to be bluffs and lies. The company is propagating in the name of Shapoorji Palonji group only to befool the customers. The service meen are more interested to renew the contract than attending to the customers' problem. I apprehend whether the service department activities are fraudulent and cheating. I strongly demand proper redressal of the negligence by the Aquaguard service department.
