From: b. s banafar A-20, century colony, ddu nagar raipur, (mob. [protected]) I have been availing service contract with the above mentioned co. since purchase of water filter. the said company gets the services done through local franchisees at raipur (chh. garh). my last contract was on[protected] for a period of 3 years. i regret to state that the services being provided have been very poor. i have been mentioning my dissatisfaction in the "service request activity report" duly accepted by cos. representatives followed by calls to their franchise and their customer care no. [protected]. responses: 1) no response comes other than good talks 2) yr franchisee keep rotating and normally do not lift telephones. 3) though i have not to pay any thing extra, i am demanded and have paid rs 800.00 as per rept. dtd.262. 4) i have repeatedly informed about the extremely poor service to about six people coming on line like m/s mahato/ashish/saurabh and others who all talk good and promise for the immediate action? 5) no actions are taken nor a return promise call! 6) my last call to costumer care was on[protected] at noon! i am feeling harassed? pl. note? Request for immediate return of all my expenses including loss of pure drinking water and compensation for harassment and mental agony? Was this information helpful? | |||||
