[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Non-delivery of product even after one week in spite of full payment | |||
I have booked Enhance Green0RO Aquaguard on[protected] with full cheque payment thru. your agent Mr.Avadesh Tiwari, vide order no.[protected]. He promised me to get delivery on 26-08-14. But till today i.e. 30-08-14, i have not recd. the delivery nor proper reply from the agent. This is very disgusting. I have not expect such kind of inferior quality services from eureka forbes. I have warned your agent if delivery not recd. today, cancel my order & returned my money. Now it is upto you whether to retain the customer or not. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi all.
Same in my case also, I purchase product on 13 Aug 2014, paid full amount, still no product.
Sales person who collected money from card ( machine ) is not reachable . I was told if I pay full amount next day after noon I will get the product. no use..
