Eureka Forbes — Non-delivery of product given for service | |||
I had never imagined that such a big name like Eureka Forbes can act like a thieve for a customer. I bought an Easy Clean Vacuum Cleaner. Which was delivered to me after service but again taken by them for body change because it got many scratches or was replaced by other product's body. Its been almost a year they haven't returned it to me. My local area service manager Mr. Chopra keep on making fake promises of its delivery. This is my last attempt to get it back. Otherwise I'll have no choice other than to sue Eureka Forbes in Consumer Court. I have all call recording of fake promises made by Mr Chopra from last 7-8 months including the bill. I have registered many complaints on customer care number but its was all worthless. I've been given many complaints number i.e, 89362170, 73951702. I hope that my this effort will be worthy.
