I have purchased a vacuum cleaner from eureka Forbes site on 27 th April 15. However, till date I have not recd the product. Product detail is as under: LITEVAC (vacuum cleaner) Tranc id[protected] Customer I'd [protected] Complaint no. 91836059 Request no. 92250841. Inspite of several request to the company no response. Please help in resolving this issue which is pending for more than three months. This a pathetic service I have ever come across with any type of industry. My complaint has been addressed and I have got the delivery of vacuum cleaner after 3 months of order and recd the order on 1 August 15.
