I have booked a water purified on 20.02.2015 with your company through one Mr. Virendera Singh Cell No. [protected] and have issued a cheque for an amount of Rs. 10, 490/- for purchase of the product. I was told that the machine will be supplied to me by monday. Thereafter I have been constantly calling him for supply of the product. However, till date I have not received the delivery but only false promises that machine is on the way and will be delivered to you anytime. I can show you the call records from my mobile.
In view of the above, I call upon you to investigate the matter, why the machine has not been delivered to me till date and what is the status.
Without prejudice to above, I intend to initiate action for deficiency in service, which please not,
