I had purchased a Euroclean Iglide on 16/05/2015 online vide customer ID [protected] Transaction ID[protected] and made full payment by Credit Card. However till date I have not received any product. Your Helpline [protected] is constantly on recorded message and has not been reachable in 20 days. 05 emails sent to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com has been unattended so far. I am grateful for your response in resolving this issue but After your initial sympathetic reply I haven't heard anything from Eureka Forbes nor have I received the product ordered so far
