[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not attending "EUROVIGIL" security system complaint last 20 days

I have register my complaint 20 days back with Eureka Forbes since Security System not functioning. The complaint was closed without attending. Once again i registered my complaint on 28/03/2015 vide complaint number 80880855 unfortunately till today nobody attended. I am calling them every day to find out status of the complaint but there is proper response and nobody attending to sort out the same. I invested around 40000/- to get this system in place but unfortunately it's not working and totally my investment is became useless. I humbly requesting through this form please resolve my complaint immediately since security is the one of the key for any resident. Eureka Forbes help line number is [protected]
