[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not following refund policy | |||
I bought a eureka forbes magna uv water purifier from their site online(14th august 2016). Their agent told meat the time of buying I can add RO in this product later, if needed. Later several eureka forbes technician told me I can't add RO here. So I want to return this product. I have filled up their return form (on 11th sep 2016) within 30 days of buying. They have a 30 days money back policy. I have been following up with them from last 45 days but every time they tell they will take this product within 2-3 days back but they never took back. I am very much disappointed with their irresponsible behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||
