[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not provide purchase bill/invoice for RO | |||||
I purchased an Aquagurad reviva RO from eureka Forbes representative and i haven't received the bill/invoice for the same. I purchased this product more than a month ago. No response from customer care number and the representative i purchased this product. Even grocery store in India says:"No need to pay anything if we do not give you a bill". Why such negligence from such a big company? Also the representative didn't fulfill the commitment. He told me to buy the RO from him than buying it online from eureka website and he shall give me a Watch as a gift. Which has not been provided yet. My compliant no is [protected] at chennai.3/12/16. My customer id [protected], Compliant about NonFunctiong of my aquaguard.One Mr Arunkumar attended the problem. But within 15 mts, the equipment stopped functioning. When I called him back, he told he will come but he has not come. Why such incomplete service? Pl do the needful immediately.HelpmePl

Despite the completion of the project as per the exact requirements communicated to us time and again and well within the timelines Mr. Pratik Singhania refuses to pay us the promised fees of INR 50, 000/-
Even our legal actions are being taken casually and are being intentionally ignored and answered casually to harress us further and stretch the matter.

AVP send half informed, sarcastic, arrogant and unprofessional mails on being sent a detailed mail,
CEO is happy hiding in his office enjoying being the leader of a team that cheats and deceives people. As long as the company pays him a fat salary he will happily close his eyes to all kinds of inefficiencies his people exhibit. So much for his LEADERSHIP
