Eureka Forbes — not replace cartridges on AMC | |||
I bought eureka forbes reviva and beginning itself i enable AMC, this year my AMC covered from 25.04.2013 to 24.04.2014 in which any product was damaged that should be replace with your cost, that on 18.04.2014 service man visited and told that the catridge should be replace, hence i ask to replace under AMC, but he said that the AMC is terminated on last month and he further said that at the end of AMC Period, they can't replace the catridge and he insist me to renew the AMC for next year and then he will replace the catridges, this act of the eureka subordinates shows that deficiency of service and not providing the service hired by me My email is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
