Eureka Forbes — Not responding to complaint about a problem with water filter

I raised a complaint (Complaint#[protected] on 18 Sep 2015 about a problem with my water filter. The technician attended on 19 Sep and said there is a part to be replaced. After that nobody called even after calling the call center everyday. Today (07 Oct), I came to realize that the aqua guard closed the incident without any resolution and forced to open a new complaint. This is one of the worst customer support that you can expect even after taking a 2 year AMC with them.
