[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — not satisfied with your product & customer service

namste... 20-25 days before i bought Aquasure Nano RO from rajkot, Gujarat after that one of your installer came and installed it. but he didn't measure & know about TDS for drinking water. then few day later water was leaking from candle. we had complained from where we bought it. after few day one eureka forbes guy came and said that, we do not (AQUASURE NANO RO) sell or recommend this product from EUREKA FORBES but its for other dealers's showroom from there they can sell it. Also he measured TDS & its 17 TDS of course its from EUREKA FORBES though... i said what the hell you r talking about... then i called in customer care, where i got one your representative's no. Mr. Alfred Raj, - [protected]/ [protected] he said i am not that right guy for ur complain, i am from aquaguard... so whom the hell i can complain my issue... we value your product, thats why we bought but... is that what your tag line says... what kind of service you are giving, that we (customer) have to suffer... do reply or respond ASAP...
