Eureka Forbes — Pathetic Service

Hi, Am Vamsi Sai, I have registered a service call a month back to change my water filter of my Aquaguard Nano RO Model water purifier and at the time of registering it i have clearly mentioned to put it on High priority and I was told that with in 24 Hours of time I will be getting call from the service guy at it will be resolved after that.But to my surprise till now no one called me and again i have registered for a service call with another mobile number on 23rd of July, even this time no response from the service and when am again making my calls to the customer care they are cutting the calls abruptly in the middle of the conversation. I have been giving mail regarding this situation but, still there is no response Even today(i.e.27.07.2015) i made calls three times to them, to which they reply that it will get resolved by this evening. I would like to know, is this the way you treat your customers? Its been already five days when am i gonna get the call from the service guy and when am i gonna get the problem resolved? Even though you have made a note of my complaint number and replied instantly.Till now I didn't get a call.its been already one month.How many more months I have wait now?
