Hi Sir/Madam, I Purchased 8/4/2015 my customer id [protected], i buy enhance UV, so my water will be very hard. this product is not suitable. i am trying to contact to customer care service from ten days, but they are not give proper response.I raised many complaints and many times. so that i am suffer with SHusma, Devaraj, Shivam, Preethi, Harish, and there are complaint numbers are 91668411, 9166154, 91713316. so i don't want product. please take it back.Even if i hope you will be taking a ction.Thanks&Regards

But am receiving a call from Local Sales Person. He told me we can't do anything to do. They told me that Please ask customer care persons only.

Am expecting calls from who will Handel the Online payment, those persons only call me and Refund my amount Immediately .
