[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Poor Customer Service - AMC is waste of money | |||
I have purchased 2 Year AMC with Eureka Forbes last year for the water purifier (Enhance Green RO) in Bangalore. I have contacted them for changing the filter and service the unit for couple of weeks in all possible modes but no one had come to service. I have 1). Logged a request in their website and escalated to Step-3, 2)Called customer care and registered the service request and 3).Logged service request by sending SMS. I am left with no other option to get the service done. I have been calling the customer care almost everyday and get the standard answer that technician will come on the same day but no one calls or comes for the service. The customer care representative I spoke with yesterday informed me that I can contact Consumer Complaints forum if I want but she can't help much. Looks like buying the AMC with them is waste of money as they do not care to support the customer request. Best option would be to get the service on need basis as we contibue to get calls from them when we are not under AMC. Can someone help with the service request or atleast to get my money back for pending 1 year. Was this information helpful? | |||
