[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Poor installation, demonstation and subsequent service | |||
We purchased Aquaguard Enhance UV WP (New) system on March 24.03.2014, thr' sales after discussion with your represenattive Mr. Vaibhav Dhanavade. The installation was done and we have used the system for the last nearly six months. During the first service last week, when we enquired about an extra blue tube provided, we were told that it was meant for drain water which was not critical. However when we insisted the service agent connected it. Now when we start it, the tank filling (water collection) has become very slow with a good deal of water flushed out of the system at the same time as seen during the filling process. The technician was not able to explain what was the drain for, how it helps and how it works or how important it is to have it working. Secondly, I realise that we have been drinking substandard quality water for the last few months because of negligence and carelessness of your representative. Finally, I find the system very ill-efficient / environment un-friendly as a good deal of water is wasted during the filtration process. I would like to request for a clarification about the functioning and utility of the drain within next one week. I hope that the concerned staff is also duly reprimanded as well as trained to perform their job better Needless to say, I will refrain from recommending your water purifiers to anyone in future.
