I have a Aqua Guard RO, for which AMC was done by us by paying requisite amount to the company, since about 8-9 months RO is giving problems, as it is not filling water, even after repeated complaints nothing was done, then almost after 3 months it was repaired, it worked for couple of weeks and again it conked out, now for almost three weeks or more it is not working, I tried all means of lodging complaints, but of no use, then on 25th of July I logged in a sales request, this was replied by sales team not once but three times, but still no one has contacted regarding service, this shows care they take and level of commitment.
