Eureka Forbes — Poor Response After Delivery | |||
Aquaguard Reviva 50 was installed by an Aquaguard representative at my home on 12th Aug, 2014. But the following requests have not been covered till date : 1. Bill for the sale has not been delivered till now 2. After installation TDS has not been checked and confirmed by the installation representative yet 3. Before installation, a LifeTime Free Service Gold card was promised as part of a festive promotional offer, which has not been delivered yet. 4. After installation the waste water discharge quantity has not been set yet, thus enormous amounts of discharge water is being expelled from the purifier. I have contacted one Mr. Vikash Mishra, mob no - [protected], regarding all these issues several times but no action has been initiated to mitigate these issues. Also before sale of the purifier, the same person explained me several times the costumer oriented approach of Eureka Forbes towards costumer satisfaction and the same person is now not returning my calls. I just want to confirm that is this the way you conduct business ? Big propositions before installation and not answering the calls after landing the installation. And kindly confirm whether the same attitude may be expected later on also well in advance so that i may rethink about the 30 day replacement policy ? Was this information helpful? | |||
