[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Poor service at jamshedpur | |||
Dear sir, I would like to inform you that I am a regular customer of Eurekaforbes, but I am sorry to inform you that service at Jamshedpur branch is very very poor, Sales person only knows to sale the machine, after sales very poor response to the complain is there. I have bought a new RO machine 2 months back and observed some problem, Complain (no.[protected] has been lodged by me to the call centre, 3 day after complaining 1 technician has visited my house, but after that visited neither he is picking up the phone nor visiting my home again I have lodged the complain (No.[protected] and till now problem is not solved. Same service problem I have observed in my company also by the technicians last year. Kindly do the need full to solve my problem at the earliest. Technician Name - Mr. Pradeep.
